What is a Leadership Mastermind?
My leadership masterminds are based on various John C. Maxwell books. The most popular is The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. I am a certified Independent Executive Director in Maxwell's organization.
The purpose of a mastermind group is to bring together like-minded people who are dedicated and motivated to make effective, lasting changes in their lives as a collective.
The mastermind meets for an hour a week, once a week. The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership mastermind is a 10-week program. The meetings are confidential and run professionally, with a curriculum and complete respect for each participant’s privacy, as well as for how each participant uses their time.
There is a level of commitment on our part to deliver the best material to you within the allotted time, with the utmost professionalism, as well as a commitment on your part to attend each meeting on time, prepared, and with a positive attitude. As we move through each lesson, we will bring together our ideas and opinions to help shape and mold our understanding of the material in a way that is far superior to simply reading a book on your own. We will combine our minds to become a mastermind.
